These terms apply when you use the BOSI app and this website. By using BOSI you agree to them.

Wellness, not medical advice

BOSI is a wellness app. It is not a medical device and doesn’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Its guidance is general information, not medical advice. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider about medical concerns and before changing medication, diet or exercise. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use BOSI.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse BOSI. For example, don’t try to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

The App Store

If you downloaded BOSI from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn’t responsible for BOSI or its support.

Our content

BOSI, its logo, design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial wellness.

Ending your use

You can stop using BOSI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

BOSI is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the app’s guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If changes are important, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app.
